Omen makes an appearance in Chakra: Alternate version. He first appears in Page 2, in a nightmare Led had, as he is seen running through a forest with Urashima running after him. Omen has stolen a pup and after Urashima demands for him back, he mocks him by throwing the pup, telling him to fetch. The dream stops there as Led wakes up.
